Albus Brooks is Vice President of Business Development and Public Affairs at Milender White, an Arvada-based real estate construction firm with projects throughout Colorado and Southern California. Prior to joining Milender White, he represented District 9 on Denver City Council, where he was the youngest African American to hold the office in Denver history. He served two terms as Council President, co-creating Denver’s first affordable housing fund. Term expires 07.01.2027.

Jason Peasley is the Executive Director of the Yampa Valley Housing Authority, where he has led the development of more than 500 homes to meet community housing needs. A former city planner for Steamboat Springs, he brings extensive experience in urban development and public‑private partnerships. Term expires 07.01.2027.

Sylvia Wirba is an attorney and partner at Wagenlander and Heisterkamp, LLC, serving as general counsel for various public and tribal housing entities. She advises clients on legal issues relating to federal and tribal housing laws and applicable federal funding programs. She has provided guidance and training to regional and national tribal housing associations including the National American Indian Housing Council and the United Native American Housing Association. Term expires 07.01.2029.

Beth Klein is Executive Vice President at FirstBank, where she spearheads community development lending programs. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in commercial and residential loan origination, and loan portfolio management. Term expires 07.01.2029.

Kerri L. Hunter is Colorado’s State Auditor, leading the Office of the State Auditor and its team of about 80 staff. With more than 30 years of governmental auditing experience, she has dedicated her career to promoting government effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability. Kerri possesses in-depth knowledge of Colorado's state and local governments, and is highly regarded as a subject matter expert in auditing standards, internal controls, and the federal Single Audit Act. Current State Auditor is a standing member.

Senator Marc Snyder is an attorney representing Colorado’s Senate District 12, following three terms in the State House and 12 years on the Manitou Springs City Council, including six as mayor. His legislative work has addressed affordability, small business, environmental protection, and local governance. He serves as Vice Chair of the Senate Local Government and Housing Committee and on the Senate Finance Committee, and he lives in Manitou Springs with his family.

Maria De Cambra is Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, bringing a background in public service and leadership in affordable housing. She previously served on Governor Jared Polis’s executive team as Director of Communications and Community Engagement and earlier was Mayor Pro Tem and a councilmember in Westminster, where she held key liaison roles focused on housing, human services, and regional transit. Serves at the pleasure of the Governor.

Melinda Pollack is Managing Director of Catalytic Supports at Blue Meridian Partners, advancing solutions that boost economic and social mobility for youth and families. Previously Senior Vice President for National initiatives at Enterprise Community Partners, she led strategic planning, fundraising, and programs focused on affordable housing and opportunity. Her earlier roles include Mercy Housing and GWU’s Neighbors Project. Term expires 07.01.2029.

Pat Meyers is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of PEM Enterprises. A U.S. Navy Submarine Service veteran and former attorney, he later became an owner of the Quiznos and Smashburger chains. He served as Chief of Staff to Governor John Hickenlooper and was Executive Director of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade, where he helped lead Colorado’s economic recovery efforts as the state’s Chief Economic Recovery Officer. He serves on the board of the Colorado Middle Income Housing Authority. Term expires 07.01.2029.

Santhosh Ramdoss is President and CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Gary Community Ventures, leading the organization’s operations and impact investment strategy focused on youth success, school readiness, and family economic mobility. He also oversees Gary’s work to expand affordable housing in Colorado. Before joining Gary in 2020, Santhosh held senior investment roles at the Skoll Foundation and Michael and Susan Dell Foundation. Term expires 07.01.2027.

Willa Williford is Vice President of Workforce Housing for Alterra Mountain Company, leading development, acquisition, and asset management of housing across its 18 North American resorts. She was previously Founder and Principal of Williford LLC, a consulting practice focused on affordable and workforce housing solutions. She has also held roles at Boulder County, U.S. Bank Community Development Corporation, and Boulder Housing Partners. Term expires 07.01.2029.
