Limited English Proficiency (LEP) plans and language access requirements remain grounded in federal civil rights law, though recent executive actions have shifted federal administrative guidance.

In this webinar, we will discuss HUD's Limited English Proficiency Plan requirements. We will review applicable laws, and learn what a site must do in providing a Language Access or Assistance Plan to meet its LEP obligations.

1. How to plan, using the four-factor analysis.

2. Best practices for putting the plan into practice.

3. Requirements for monitoring and updating the plan.
