Led by Preferred Compliance Solutions, this three-day, in-person training connects the “what,” “why,” and “how” of LIHTC so you can navigate the program with confidence.

Day One: Essential - Building the Foundation

• Property fundamentals, including minimum set-asides

Day Three: Optional HCCP Exam

Participants have the opportunity to sit for the HCCP exam on day three following a study session, making this course an ideal path for those ready to validate their expertise.  Preferred Compliance Solutions is an official distributor of National Association of Home Builder's exclusive Housing Credit Certified Professional designation.  By taking and passing the exam, you are eligible to complete the experience profile and application to receive the certification.

The HCCP exam is a multiple-choice exam with a “best answer” format. It is designed for current LIHTC professionals with at least two years of experience, and you must score at least 65.3% to pass.
