In this webinar the Denver Metro Fair Housing Center (DMFHC) presents housing antidiscrimination training. This session reviews protected classes under federal and state Fair Housing law, with a focus on recent state laws and tenant protections.

• the history of the Fair Housing Act;
• protected classes;
• the DMFHC rental audit process;
• examples of housing discrimination;
• reasonable accommodation and modification; and
• Fair Housing enforcement.
