In this in-person class, a CHFA Physical Inspection Officer will provide a brief overview of NSPIRE, focusing on CHFA's implementation of NSPIRE for our state’s specific needs. 

The class will give pointers on how to be successful in your units, common areas, and exterior of your properties. In addition, any updates to the CHFA NSPIRE Reference Guidebook will be provided during this session.
