Korey is a resident at Tawi Kaan Apartments, a supportive housing development in Cortez supported by Housing Tax Credits. Tawi Kaan serves members of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe and includes 42 supportive housing apartments for residents exiting homelessness. Korey lives with his three children and he is grateful for Tawi Kaan’s safe environment and helpful staff.

“I never had anything like this,” explained Korey. “And for Cortez to have something like this is really awesome.”
